In 1997, Florentino Arzuaga landed at Toledo interested in the olive oil world, in particular for the variety Carnicabra, which in Montes de Toledo area reach its highest expression. After buying 150 Hectares of land he started making olive oil. This is Finca La Solana, a one piece estate, where the cellar is located surrounded by vineyards for the making of Pago Florentino.
